Private Association Terms

I. Declaration of Private Status and Jurisdiction

This interaction occurs within a private, sovereign, unincorporated spiritual entity.

We operate under Creator-given authority protected by the First Amendment, 26 U.S. Code § 508(c)(1)(A), and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

All participants affirm they are Natural Sentient Beings, endowed with inherent dignity and divine potential, existing outside the jurisdiction of man-made codes and statutes.

II. The Nature of the Exchange (Ministry Support)

You acknowledge that all financial contributions are voluntary Covenant Contributions or Sponsorships for the shared benefit of the membership.

These funds are used for ministerial support, administrative costs, and the collective economic advancement of our community.

Resources provided are "Ministerial Communications" and "Internal Revelations" for educational and spiritual growth, not for public retail or commercial distribution.

III. The Temple Covenant (Stewardship)

Divine Alignment: You commit to living in harmony with the laws of nature and the universe.

Integrity: You pledge to act with honesty and transparency in all dealings, fostering a culture of trust.

Confidentiality: Information regarding individual financial contributions and private records shall remain strictly confidential.

IV. Private Dispute Resolution

All disputes or grievances shall be handled in the private domain through dialogue, prayer, and mediation.

If unresolved, the NCUSO Tribunal shall hear the matter and render a binding decision.

By agreeing, you waive recourse to public or civil courts, recognizing the internal processes of the Temple as final.
